Back in July, Michelle and Jonny celebrated their love in the stunning setting of Stock Farm Barn. Nestled in the heart of the countryside in Ashley Tatton, this beautiful venue provides a perfect blend of rustic charm and elegance—ideal for both intimate ceremonies and grand celebrations.
One of the most endearing features of the venue is its thoughtful touch for each couple: a tree is gifted to every newlywed pair to plant on the estate, complete with their names and wedding date. How sweet is that?
The day began with Michelle and her bridesmaids getting ready in the beautiful powder room situated at the front of the venue. The room is fitted with make-up stations, a fully stocked fridge and a seperate room for guests to change. Makeup was done by the wonderful @frankinoone @frankibrush and hair by the incredible @rubymoodhair. Meanwhile, Jonny and his groomsmen were making final preparations in The Hideout.
The couple exchanged vows in the brand-new ceremony room, beautifully styled in toffee tones by one of my favourite suppliers @ohsobohoeventdecor. @ohsobohoeventdecor create stunning arrangements and bouquets with a mixture of fresh and faux flowers which keeps the arrangements looking brighter for longer.
With Stock Farm Barn's picturesque grounds, there are endless opportunities for stunning couple portraits. From a charming tractor to lush woodlands, wildflower meadows, and fields of golden wheat. The field changes throughout the seasons but with all the choices at Stock Farm, you're never stuck for options.
Jonny & Michelle opted of @forkandfieldcatering_ to supply their food and an incredible performance by the singing waiters @silverservicesingers, who had everyone on their feet, swinging napkins and dancing the conga before desserts were even served!
They also hired @birdie_photobooth - a blush pink VW camper van! It has backdrops, props and very snazzy technology – if you can name it, their photo booth has got it. It is described as 'A self-contained, ready-to-roll shenanigan station'.
Jonny, Michelle and their pals danced the night away under Stock Farm's giant disco ball and as they say, the rest is history.
Capturing moments like these is what makes being a wedding photographer so meaningful—it’s more than just photographs; it’s about preserving the joy, the intimacy, and the beginning of a lifetime together.
